Ticket terms and conditions

Imagination Workshop Pty Ltd T/A Interactive Theatre International is a member of Live Performance Australia, and therefore bound by the LPA ticketing code of practice, a standard similar to those adopted by ticket sales agencies around the world.

Please read these terms carefully: making a purchase from this site, via phone or in person indicates that you accept these terms.

Tickets purchased online:

We only issue electronic tickets, via email, using the Simpletix system. You may be asked to present this email and the validation code in the email to gain admission to the event. Failure to do so may result in refusal of admission for which Imagination Workshop Pty Ltd (Australia) or Faulty Towers The Dining Experience Ltd (UK) cannot be held responsible.

Simpletix provide the platform for any online transaction but your purchase and contract is made directly with either Imagination Workshop Pty Ltd (Australia) or Faulty Towers The Dining Experience Ltd (UK), which is responsible for resolving any issues with you.

Tickets purchased in cash at the venue:

At Edinburgh Fringe, Fringe World Perth, Adelaide Fringe, Melbourne International Comedy Festival or our London residency, cash sale tickets are on sale at our Front of House desk. Note that the Front of House desk is open only during show times. Where a Front of House representative is not available (eg at Rigby’s), tickets may be available through the venue.

You will be issued a receipt, stating your name, the performance date and the time, and the amount paid. You may be asked to present this receipt to gain admission to the event. Failure to do so may result in refusal of admission, for which Imagination Workshop Pty Ltd (Australia) or Faulty Towers The Dining Experience Ltd (UK) cannot be held responsible.

Your purchase and contract is made directly with either Imagination Workshop Pty Ltd (Australia) or Faulty Towers The Dining Experience Ltd (UK), which are responsible for resolving any issues with you. If tickets are bought direct from the venue, your purchase contract is with the venue.

Group bookings:

For performances at our London venues and at selected festival venues, groups of 10+ get one ticket free for every ten tickets purchased (ie: 11 tickets for the price of 10). Groups can hold tickets and pay later subject to availability. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on group bookings. Please talk to us about prices for larger groups, and about booking a private performance:

Ticket Terms and Conditions

  1. This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser and promoter. Full details are available on request.
  2. Please check your eTickets immediately as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
  3. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check whether an event has been cancelled, and to check the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use all reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. Please note that we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
  4. The management reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser or promoter. The management may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
  5. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. The Management cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. Imagination Workshop Pty Ltd (Australia) and Faulty Towers The Dining Experience Ltd (UK) reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
  6. Tickets are sold subject to the management's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
  7. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, Venue Management, Imagination Workshop Pty Ltd (Australia), Faulty Towers The Dining Experience Ltd (UK) or one of their authorized sub-agents, it may be voided and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the venue.
  8. The Promoter, venue Management, Imagination Workshop Pty Ltd (Australia) and Faulty Towers The Dining Experience Ltd (UK) accept no responsibility for any personal property.
  9. All of these terms and conditions are governed by Australian and English Law.
  10. The ticket holder must comply with all relevant laws, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.
  11. The venue or event management reserves the right to eject any customer from the venue who is in breach of any of these conditions or shows any unacceptable behaviour.
  12. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, as indicated on the ordering system. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number.
